A perfect wedding could only be a result of an amazing wedding coordinator. Take my advice, for all you lovely couples planning one of the biggest and most important day of your new chapter, please please please hire a planner/coordinator! 

With that said, it was a pleasure to have worked with Jez and his team. This review is long over due, since my hubby and I tied the knot 12/18/16. We were fortunate to have found Jez via friends and family. From our first consultation with him, my husband and I knew hiring him would take a lot of stress off our shoulders. 

I found my vendors on my own, and thankfully all loved working with Jez! To me, it's very important because if your vendors can't communicate well with each other, chances are, they'll start asking YOU to do their job. It was such a relief that he's already worked with majority of my vendors.

On the day of our wedding, may I just say that Jez and his team refused to tell me anything that was going on. Trust me, that was a good thing! That's EVERY brides dream! I was so bored when I woke, I didn't know what to do. Thankfully, I spent the entire morning laughing and enjoying the company of my newborn son and my wonderful bridesmaids! I was truly stress free. There was a big problem setting up our outdoor ceremony. To say it was breezy is an understatement. Our trellis fell down while they were setting it up! Of course Jez didn't let me find out because I would have been a total mess. Instead he just calmly asked if I wanted to move it indoors. 

Come the ceremony, many our guests raved and appreciated how organized everything was. They loved that it flowed so smoothly and no one was running around cluelessly. 

The entire day, he was so calm and collected, you could tell he's been doing this for a long time. I was so thankful to have been able to spend the day with family and friends and actually enjoy everything that was going on. 

Brides, if you're going to spend $$$$ on a wedding, do yourselves a favor and hire a coordinator so that you can enjoy every single cent spent.

One of the most overwhelming events to plan in my life had come together with the kokua from JEZ EVENTS!! These are the times to accept the help that is offered instead of trying to DIY EVERYTHING! Because of the massive amount of ideas and different views, we definitely needed someone to lay down structure! Jez was just the person to do that along with everything else at hand, he kept us in the right direction and lead us to awesome vendors that brought our WEDDING DAY to a vision that came to life! Very accomdating, knew our budget and worked with it to enhance it even more! Hands down, if there were more stars I would most definitely rank JEZ and his team higher! With a busier schedule than you can imagine he still made time to execute his professionalism throughout our entire planning as well as OUR day when we were joined in UNION and became as ONE on JULY 9, 2016. OUR day was filled with happy tears, joy, laughter and so much LOVE that made us feel COMPLETELY AH-MAY-ZING! Definitely recommend JEZ EVENTS for any occasion event planning! When I attended the Hawaii Bridal Expo this past January, I was on a mission to look for vendors and wedding inspiration. I am originally from Hawaii, but am now living on the mainland. Planning a wedding out of state was overwhelming, so really, my main goal was to find a wedding planner/coordinator. I met a handful of wedding planners at the event, but when I talked with Jez, I had a connection with him and immediately knew that I wanted to hire him for our wedding. I told him I wanted a "rustic" themed wedding.  When I met with him for a consult, I remember him telling me with confidence, "Don't worry, I will give you a rustic wedding." 

Months leading up to the wedding, Jez and his team connected me with vendors I could contact, and helped me to negotiate with pricing. Our main way of contact was via email and it was no problem at all. They always gave a quick response. Fortunately, I was able to fly home a couple of times before the wedding. Jez was always able to find a time to meet with me in person to discuss wedding plans. 

Jez coordinated our wedding rehearsal, making our ceremony run smoothly. He created a timeline for us, which was so helpful for our wedding entourage and vendors. On the day of our wedding, he and his team handled everything; making sure all the ceremony and reception decorations were beautiful, being the main contact with all our vendors, and helping our wedding entourage and us. 

He took all my inspiration photos and ideas for how I wanted our wedding to look like and brought it to life on our wedding day. The ceremony site was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I were in awe when we walked into the reception ballroom. The details literally took my breath away and we loved how everything came together. Even our guests came to us saying how beautiful everything was!

Jez promised us a rustic wedding and that is what we had. It was all we hoped for and more! Im soo happy I decided to go with a wedding coordinator.  Picking Jez and his team was the best decision i made.  He made it so much more stress free for me. The whole planning literally was so smooth.  He did what I wanted and he directed me to the right vendors.  We only has 6 months to plan my special day and let me tell you~ we had the best day ever.  Everything went so smooth.  I wish I could repeat the day all over again....  if you want a stress free and a smooth day. My husband and I tied the knot on 3/25/17. We are so happy that we hired Jez and his team as our wedding planner/coordinator. Our initial consult with Jez went smoothly, he reassured us that wedding planning with him will be stress free. (Let me tell you, IT WAS STRESS FREE.) I told Jez, I envisioned our wedding to be intimate, simple, and elegant, and he knew exactly what I wanted. I booked all the vendors that I wanted with the help of Jez. Communication with vendors can be overwhelming. So having Jez being one call/text away was extremely helpful. It was also helpful that Jez has a great relationship with all the vendors that I booked. Jez is a team player, very attentive, friendly, and calm - everything a bride and groom needs from a coordinator.

Jez created a timeline, which he allowed us to be a part of (making changes). Everything on the timeline was on point! From waking up in the morning to the ceremony to the reception until we were picked up from the venue. Again, our wedding day was stress free. My sister even told me, "you didn't look stressed at all." Truth is, I wasn't! Nonetheless, I highly recommend Jez and his team for your special event! You won't regret it! I already told him I'm booking him for our 10 year vow renewal, lol!


Jez Feria, our wedding planner and coordinator; he allows me to choice whatever I want to my wedding under my budget. Jez guided me step by step on my wedding timeline, when can I book each vendors and I wasn't stressful about getting it all done right away. I got a whole year to plan it but seems like I only plan it for 6 months. On the day of my wedding, Jez took my instructions once, done it correctly, I didn't have to repeat myself. I highly recommend Jez events to everyone having not just a wedding but other kind events that needed planning.


We had a destination wedding in Hawaii and had a total of 78 people fly in to attend. It was quite a challenge to organize all of the logistics from Washington State. Jez and his staff did an amazing job on my entire wedding. They got me in contact with the local vendors and negotiated pricing for me. They truly covered all of the details to allow me to simply relax and enjoy my perfect day. All of my guests swear our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to and they had such a great time. I could not have chosen a better wedding planner!


I first found Jez at the bridal expo. His booth caught my eye because it was decked out in a rustic theme which was what we wanted for our wedding. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in large weddings. Jez was a lifesaver on our wedding day. He met with us a couple of times to assure us on timeline for the day and helped us to find any missing vendors we would need. He helped coordinate the rehearsal as well. Everything on the actual day went so smoothly. I never once felt stressed out because I knew he was handling everything. After we took our wedding portraits, we got to see his beautiful decor at the reception and everything was better than I imagined it to be. We were also served with whatever we needed and was able to enjoy most of the night. You will not be sorry to hire Jez and his team. They were amazing and I will definitely be hiring them again for future events.
